You, or the person legally authorised to act for the client, remain responsible for all decisions. We help you understand and organise your options; we do not make decisions on your behalf.

Fees and engagement

Fees, scope and inclusions are agreed with you before work begins. Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable notice.

Information on this website is general in nature and may change. Government program, eligibility and funding information should be confirmed with official Australian Government sources.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BKM ACS is not liable for decisions made by third parties, including assessment outcomes, funding decisions or the conduct of aged-care providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
