Hi, I'm Ben. I created this service because navigating aged care can be confusing for families, particularly when they are trying to organise support for a parent or loved one.
My role is to help families understand what is happening, organise the next steps, compare their options and stay on top of the process.
I don't make the decisions for you. I help you understand your options so you can make informed decisions for your family.
BKM ACS is an independent navigation and family support service. It is not an aged-care provider, medical or clinical service, legal service, or a government or government-funded organisation.

Being clear about what we do — and what we don't do — is part of being an independent support service.
We do
- Help families understand the aged-care process
- Help organise information
- Support communication with relevant organisations
- Help compare provider options
- Help families prepare questions
- Help organise follow-up
- Support care-planning discussions
- Provide practical ongoing family support
We don't
- Make aged-care assessment decisions
- Guarantee funding or approval outcomes
- Provide medical or clinical advice unless appropriately qualified
- Provide legal advice
- Replace a client's doctor, nurse, allied-health professional or care provider
- Make decisions that belong to the client or their legally authorised representative
- Tell clients to exaggerate or misrepresent their circumstances
