FAQ

Questions, Answered.

Everything people usually ask before starting admin support or a website project. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we answer properly.

  • Quoting, invoicing, scheduling, client follow-ups, subcontractor coordination, material ordering, timesheets, data entry and general paperwork. I don't do bookkeeping or BAS.

  • I use whatever you already have — email, calendar, CRM, job software, accounting platform (for invoicing), or spreadsheets. No need to change everything just to get help.

  • It depends on the volume and type of work. Most tradies start with a fixed weekly or monthly block. I'll give you a straightforward quote before anything begins — no hidden extras.

  • No. Support is month to month with a simple notice period. You can scale up or down as work fluctuates, which is exactly how trade businesses operate.

  • Yes. Website design, development, AI automation and digital strategy are still part of what I offer — many clients bundle admin support with a website to keep everything in one place.

  • It depends on scope rather than page count. A compact professional site sits well below a multi-page site with custom functionality or automation. We give you a fixed quote before any work begins — no hourly surprises.

  • Most projects run between two and six weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back, so we set a schedule up front and keep it moving.

  • We reply, then arrange a short call to understand your business and what you need. You receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline and fixed pricing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  • Yes. Common examples are AI assistants that answer customer questions, automated enquiry routing and follow-ups, and internal workflows that remove repetitive admin.

  • Yes. I can host and manage everything on modern infrastructure, or deploy to your existing provider if you'd prefer to keep it in-house.
